Our partners

The deployment of HQE certification outside France is managed through a network of advising partners. This network of local and regional partners, who have signed cooperation contracts, consists of :
• Consultants specialized in managing/coordinating/advising sustainable real estate projects durables,
• Local certification bodies that can recommend without performing consulting services,
• Technical and scientific research organizations which have been recognized in their country or geographical area for their knowledge in sustainable construction.
If these bodies have the required competencies, they shall be able to propose to Certivéa the equivalence principles for the countries concerned.

They will also be able to have auditors among their team members (subject to a no-conflict of interest preliminary checking).

Our "referents HQE"

Certivéa is qualifying accredited professionals as "Referent HQE". With this qualification, Certivéa  attests their ability to master the technical scheme and the evaluation procedure used in HQE certification. Those accredited professionals can also be auditors (subject to a no-conflict of interest preliminary checking) but the auditor of a project cannot be its "Referent HQE". Thanks to this recognized competence, certification is easier: the "Referent HQE" provides the HQE certification applicant with the benefit of its competences and a less cumbersome certification auditing system. Nowadays, the «full third-party» principle is always respected.
Certivéa remains the certification body, responsible for validating the technical schemes, organizing the certification procedures and making the certification decisions.
