As a subsidiary of the Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment (CSTB), an internationally recognised public institution, Certivéa also ensures collaboration with top scientists in order to build and develop its technical schemes.

At the international level, Certivéa develops a technical scheme for environmental performances of service buildings and another technical scheme for their management.
