In November 2010, Certivéa carried out an awareness and satisfaction survey* with its clients, conducted by the MICA polling institute.
The results mainly showed an overall satisfaction from all Certivéa clients, which perceived Certivéa as a trusted and rigorous organisation, a reference, working with committed professionals. 90% of them consider Certivéa to be perfectly in line with their expectations.
